Farm Adventure Days
Come spend your Monday on the farm with us this summer in June and July! Kids will have the opportunity to participate in activities in nature, art, games, and animals within a supervised group. This year cultural elements from many of our children’s birth countries will be included throughout the day. Parents, you’re able to enjoy time in the farmhouse, on the Bien Aimé property, or join your kids in their group activities, whatever your family needs! Please check your children in at the red barn at 10am and they can be picked up in the red barn at 12pm.
You are welcome to stay as a family for additional activities in the afternoon but must stay with your children at all times:
12-1pm picnic lunch (bring your own)
1-2pm animal interaction
1-4pm pool time

Teen Time & Mom’s Connect
Teen Time will be held once a month at the Cedar Creek Pole Barn. During Teen Time, the kids will be building relationships through games, snacks, and circle time. Adopted and biological children are welcome. We ask that teens leave all electronic devices with the parents prior to coming as this will be a screen free time!

Mom’s Spring Retreat
Bien Aimé Farm is excited to host Jenene Macaulay, Life Coach at Life House Ministries for our spring mom’s retreat.
Friday
From 1-4 on Friday afternoon, you can enjoy a 45-minute equine session focused on connecting with God, self and others. The session will be guided by one of our equine staff and separate signup is required.
Massages by Anne will also be offered at the farmhouse from 1-4 on Friday. The cost of a massage is $30 for a 30-minute massage and will go directly to the massage therapist. Please indicate your first and second choice of times on your sign up.
Dinner will be provided beginning at 5pm
Jenene will lead us in Qualified for the Call: How do we know we can accomplish what God has called us to do? We'll be studying what we need to follow Jesus into ministry and how we get ready.
Living on the Eternal Timeline: The Bible says we are already seated in Heavenly places. We're going to dive into what that means in our day-to-day life and what obstacles prevent us from doing it.
Teaching sessions will be followed by breakout discussion groups.
Saturday
Breakfast will be provided beginning at 8:30am
Jenene will be speaking on our Identity: Who are we really? What labels does the world have on us? How do we strip away the lies?
Our Adoption: We'll be studying the beauty and blessing of being chosen by God to be His child and the heartache of being rejected by those that should have loved us.

Silent Retreat
Individual parents are welcome on this quiet weekend away.
Silence is a gift and a discipline. It is a beautiful opportunity to hear God's voice. We invite you to take a weekend in silence with the Lord this December. The weekend is a time to find rest and refreshment with God. Spend time in the Word, take a walk through the woods, sit by the fire and allow the sounds of silence calm your spirit. All meals are provided, all you need to bring is your Bible & journal. Cost is $20 to help cover cost of food.

Teen Movie Night
Teens, join us for a Christmas movie night at the Cedar Creek pole barn! We will be watching Elf rated PG. The plugged in movie review is below if you'd like to review it beforehand. Pizza, beverages, and treats will be provided! Families are welcome to join their teens for the movie, but it is not required.

Mom's Fall Retreat (FULL)
For our Mom's Fall Retreat this year the theme will be “Stepping into Peace Among the Chaos”. Come and join us at the farm for the entire retreat and participate in all the fun, connecting and restful activities, or pick and choose. Please note there is limited space for the equine and overnight options.

Guatemala Mom's Overnight (FULL)
Come enjoy an overnight with other mamas who have adopted or are in the process of adopting from Guatemala! A Saturday morning Guatemalan inspired art will be led by Lisa! Daughters ages 10 and up are welcome at this overnight to connect with other adoptees! Dinner, breakfast, coffee, and tea will be provided at this event. Bring any snacks you wish to have.

Dance Date Night
Come join us for a fun Date Dance Night in the barn! Dance teachers from New Hope Church Marriage Dance Ministry will be teaching the Rumba and Waltz. This is a fun, casual time to learn how to dance as a couple and spend time together. No experience needed! They will teach the dances and you will have time to visit, have dessert and practice what you learned. No childcare is provided. Please arrive on time so the lessons can begin.
We do have to limit the space to 6 couples so there is room in the barn.
Overnight Option
We are also giving the option for 4 couples that have signed up for dancing to spend Friday night in the farmhouse for a night of Respite - an extension to their date. You may arrive anytime after 7pm on Friday September 15th. You can take the day Saturday before dancing to enjoy the time relaxing together at the farm prior to your dance lessons. Bring your own food for the day.
Equine Option
Each couple will also have the option to sign up for a couple's equine experience from 10am-1pm on Saturday as well.
We will let you know when we confirm registration if you are able to stay Friday night at the farmhouse and if you can participate in a couples equine experience on Saturday. Please complete the waiver before registering if you have not yet done one this year.

Fellowship and Worship
Join us for dinner, fellowship and a time of worship around the campfire at Bien Aime Farm! There is a suggested donation of $20 per family to help cover the cost of food.

Moms Art Evening
A chance for moms to come together and create, unwind and enjoy refreshments and chat with other moms. You will be creating your own bible cover on an ESV journal bible for yourself or as a gift. Templates and examples will be available to help you create your unique cover. Bibles will be available for a small donation, art supplies and refreshments will be supplied. We will be meeting in the new art studio at the arena.
Movie Night
Bring your favorite blanket and pillow and join us for a family movie night at the Cedar Creek Pole Barn.

Silent Retreat
Individual parents are welcome on this quiet weekend away.
There will be some guidance from retreat leaders for Bible reading, devotionals, and prayer throughout your time. You will be asked to turn in any electronics upon arrival (including cell phones). Our hope for the weekend is for you to simply enjoy the quiet space with the Lord. All meals are provided, all you need to bring is your Bible & journal. Cost is $20 to help cover cost of food.

West Africa Mom's Overnight
Come enjoy an overnight with other mamas who have adopted or are in the process of adopting from West Africa! A Saturday morning West African inspired art will be led by Lisa! Daughters ages 10 and up are welcome at this overnight to connect with other adoptees! Dinner, breakfast, coffee, and tea will be provided at this event. Bring any snacks you wish to have.

Family BBQ
Come and enjoy an evening at the farm with a BBQ and pool time. Space is limited so please let us know soon if you plan to attend.

Drop Off Date Night - CANCELLED
Invest in your marriage and enjoy a few hours connecting with your spouse while your kiddos come to connect with friends at Bien Aime farm. Pizza will be provided.

Mom’s Downtime
Come enjoy some respite time at the farmhouse. 4pm Friday to 4 pm on Saturday. Bring your own snacks and meals. Coffee and tea provided.
